Our principal, Jason T. Daniel is a Registered Patent Attorney focusing on all aspects of Intellectual Property Law. Before attending law school, Mr. Daniel worked for several companies as a technology consultant, engineer and information systems specialist.

Mr. Daniel has represented Fortune 500 Companies such as Sony, Toshiba, Mitsubishi Electron and Ricoh before the USPTO and has extensive experience with technologies including: general electrical and mechanical applications, micro and nano technology, semiconductors, computer hardware, terrestrial, wireless and satellite communications systems, telecommunications, digital signal processing, network architectures, electro-mechanical systems, recording mediums, physical storage devices, construction, e-commerce and other related technologies.

Mr. Daniel has been admitted to the Florida Bar and is a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He belongs to the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association Section for Intellectual Property, the American Bar Association Section for Science & Technology, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

Mr. Alcoba received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Florida International University in 1995 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. He served in the United States Army from 1985 to 1988. Mr. Alcoba is fluent in Spanish.
